Alright. Before you say ‘damn it Arthur not another one of your ridiculous one-liners’ I just want to remind you (and me) that we’re all masters at wasting time.
We do it every day
We waste valuable (irreplaceable) time, energy and money (lots of it) on things that we don’t need to do until we know they need to be done.
Some of these things we find out (too late) didn’t need to be done in the first place.
Sometimes these even destroy any chance we have of achieving what it was we actually set out to do.
The trick is to know what needs to be done and when without being distracted by all the other stuff you think (or other people tell you) needs to be done.
When you start anything new there are so many different priorities fighting for your time and attention.
There are the things that you would like to do.
There are the things others are telling you should be done. And there are the things that must be done.
Here’s the rub…
How do you know what needs to be done first?
Well if it’s anything to do with starting a business and more importantly building a powerful brand that will make that business profitable and successful then you need to talk to me.
I’ve been doing this stuff for over 35 years with some for some of the world’s biggest brands and smallest start-ups as well as my own.
That makes for ‘some very powerful knowledge’ which, to be honest, you are not going to get anywhere else unless you have an awful lot of money in the bank.
